Check Your HTML
There are a number of reasons emails get blocked or get sent to the spam folder. We have discussed many of these over time such as content, engagement, reputation, etc.
One of the factors is your HTML code.
If you've ever tried to make sure your website code works across multiple browsers or see that it looks slightly different in one browser vs. another, then you already understand the headaches with HTML, especially if you're not a coder!
