Steps
This is the domain from which your emails will be sent. Your email software will be hosted here and this will be the URL for the server
TIP: This should NOT be your main URL (domain) . Consider a “.net” version of your domain or something completely different.
TIP: The longer the domain name has been seasoned, the better!
You’ll need a dedicated server that allows you to send bulk email. Please review the terms of services regarding bulk email prior to signing up for any dedicated server
While we may recommend hosting companies, EmailDelivered is not responsible for adherance to current terms of services. We recommend that you review the terms of service prior to signing up in order to confirm your email practices are in compliance with their requirements.
For dedicated servers, we recommend:
Liquid Web
Once you’ve set up your hosting account, you’ll need to make sure that you “point” the domain to the appropriate name servers.
Contact your hosting provider for this information. This will generally follow a format of ns.domain.com, ns1.domain.com, etc.
Once you’ve started the process with your hosting company, you’ll want to sign up for your EmailDelivered account.
Well asign an account setup specialist to you to answer your question and to get your sever configured properly to send email.
Forward your WHM access as well as cpanel access for the new server to Support [at] EmailDelivered.com.
Our team will need this to set up your server for email compliance and to set up feedback loops with the ISPs.
Fill in as much accounts data as you can. An account manager will review your account and contact you (or your hosting company) for any additional information, if necesary
EmailDelivered can work with any SELF hosted email client provided you have the ability to route bounce email addresses to our sytem
Some of the more popular email software solution include:
arpReach
Interspire Email Marketer
NOTE: EmailDelivered does NOT support the email client.
Our service integrates with the email client to handle deliverability.
Install the email software on your server. If you need assistance with the install, we recommend That One Corp.
Once your email client is installed, simply send us the login information (Link, Username, and Password) and we’ll do the rest to get you tied in to Email Delivered to get you up and running.
Now you’re ready to get started! Generally speaking, it will take between 30 and 60 days to full warm up your IP depending on list size, volume, and frequency. In many cases, we can warm up to full capacity within just a few weeks.
